Seasonal Part-Time Retail Professional (Tryon Location - 30 hours)
In these positions, we are seeking seasonal part-time retail professionals with start dates in Septemeber/October. The individuals that we are seeking are self-motivated and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Customer service
- Determine each customer’s unique needs and offer suggestions and/or alternatives when needed in a high paced environment.
- Operate the POS system and cash register.
- Going the extra mile to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
Inventory management
- Re-stocking inventory on the sales floor.
- Receiving, inspecting and checking-in fulfilled Purchase Orders.
Other details:
- Compensation is based on experience.
- This is a part-time position(30 hours: 10am to 4pm) with hourly pay. Working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday is required.
Seasonal Retail Professional - East Boulevard

Freight Professional (East Boulevard)
In these positions, we are seeking Freight professionals with start dates in September/October. The individuals that we are seeking are self-motivated and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Freight Processing
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying products against invoices or order forms.
- Ensure products contain no damages.
- Properly label products with accurate pricing information and allocate them to their designated areas or storage units.
Inventory management
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory by updating the system upon receipt of new freight.
- Coordinate with the Freight Manager to conduct routine inventory checks (cycle counting), ensuring system data matches physical stock, weekly.
- Assist in packaging up replenishment orders for additional stores. Aid in transfer order creation.
Quality Control
- Ensure any damaged products are caught prior to being sent out on the floor.
- Document any damages on proper order form and tracker.
- Reach out to vendors about damages immediately, and follow up until resolution is found.
- Do store walkthroughs weekly, to ensure no products have been damaged or are expired on the sales floor, and take appropriate steps if something is found.
General Maintenance and Organization
- Ensure that storage areas and basements are kept tidy, organized, and safe.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any noticeable discrepancies or stock shortages to the Freight Manager.
- Ensure backstock is always properly labeled, perishables have correct expiration dates visible, and that oldest products are being pulled from first.

• This is a full-time position(40 hours) with hourly pay. Working during weekends is required.
