Paper Skyscraper's Loyalty Program

Welcome to the Paper Skyscraper Loyalty Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. This program is operated by Paper Skyscraper, located in Charlotte, NC, using the Fivestars platform. For more information about Fivestars, you can visit their website.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.

1.2. The program is currently valid only at our physical locations and is not available for online purchases.

2. Enrollment

2.1. Customers can enroll in the Loyalty Program by providing their phone number on the designated customer tablet in our store.

2.2. By enrolling, you consent to the inclusion of your phone number in our database, which will be used to send promotional text messages, emails, or push notifications, based on your preferences.

2.3. Customers may opt-in to receive text messages. Opting in allows you to receive special offers, discounts, birthday messages, and other promotional communications.

2.4. Customers may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages. Opting out will not affect your ability to earn points or claim rewards. You can send an email to hello@paperskyscraper.com

3. Earning Points

3.1. Points are earned on qualifying purchases made with cash or credit cards. Purchases made with gift cards do not qualify for points.

3.2. The earning rate is 1 point per $1 spent, with a maximum of 200 points per visit. For example, if you spend $250, you will earn 200 points.

3.3. Points are not awarded for corporate orders.

3.4. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other accounts.

4. Redeeming Rewards

4.1. Rewards are available for redemption at specific point levels.Rewards may include free products, store credit, or other in-store offers.

4.2. Customers can claim only one reward per visit, and a purchase is required to redeem a reward.

4.3. Rewards can only be claimed on in-stock items. If an item is out of stock, you must select an alternative reward wich we will offer.

4.4. The rewards available for redemption will be updated periodically, and Paper Skyscraper reserves the right to modify the rewards list without prior notice.

5. Account Management

5.1. In case of any discrepancies or errors with your points or rewards, please notify our staff immediately for assistance. We will make every effort to correct any issues promptly.

5.2. Paper Skyscraper is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or any loss of points resulting from unauthorized access.

6. Data Privacy

6.1. Your personal information, including your phone number, name, and birthday, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Fivestars Privacy Policy.

6.2. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Loyalty Program or as required by law.

7. Modifications and Termination

7.1. Paper Skyscraper reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program, including these Terms, at any time without prior notice.

7.2. In the event of termination, any unused points will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for rewards.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Loyalty Program or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte, NC.
